Many traditions describe a vital life force that surrounds and permeates living things. In Sanskrit, this energy is called prana. Other traditions use names such as chi, ki, mana and pneuma.
Pranic Healing is a no-touch complementary energy-work practice. It uses guided awareness and specific techniques to work with the body's energy field. Taught by Reiki Master Praveen Badoni at Reiki School India, this course introduces the concepts and practical foundations in a clear, respectful setting.
By developing sensitivity to prana, students explore the relationship between energy awareness, thoughts, feelings, emotions and personal wellbeing. The course is intended for spiritual learning and does not replace professional medical care.
Apply Now — USD 200Pranic Healing works with the traditional idea that the body has an energy field and receives vital force, also described as universal energy. Practitioners use a no-touch approach and follow specific techniques during a guided session. The practice is commonly understood as a three-step process supporting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
1) Checking: Scanning for energy abnormalities or areas of imbalance.
2) Cleansing: Traditional clearing practices used to remove stagnant energy and help prepare the energy channels for the next stage.
3) Replenishing and revitalising with life force — Energising: The transference of fresh prana or life energy to the body, applied once the cleansing process is complete. Just as the body automatically works to stop bleeding and repair damaged tissue after a cut or bruise, it also has a built-in defence system that responds to the environment's poisons, chemicals and pollutants. When we feel healthy and happy, we feel charged with energy; when we feel low or drained, our prana is understood to be depleted. The healing process is supported by increasing this vital force, drawn traditionally from the sun, air and earth.
Pranic Healing comes from the word prana, a Sanskrit term for vital energy or life force. It is a no-touch complementary energy-work practice. By developing sensitivity to prana, students explore the forces of the mind that arise from thoughts, feelings, emotions, responses, impressions, symbols and knowledge. This program is offered for spiritual learning and personal wellbeing; it does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical care.
No prior experience is needed. The course starts from basic energy awareness and builds up to guided practical technique.
If you already practice Reiki or crystal healing, this course adds prana-based scanning and cleansing as a complementary skill.
